Stretches for Runners

Well, it’s 3 days after that 5 mile run, and I’m still sore! I stretched before and after the run – I can’t imagine how tight regular runners must feel if they don’t stretch as much as I do! Here are some great, quick, and easy stretches you can do before and after you go for a run. Also, are there any other stretches that you enjoy doing before or after a run? I’m open to suggestions!
