I stopped by WSBT to demonstrate some “Household Workouts” that you can do around your house to start integrating health & fitness into your daily life! Once we start viewing health and fitness as a lifestyle and move our bodies more throughout the day, we will be more apt to crave working out for longer periods of time. Let me know if you’d actually do these, and what you think!
For Thirsty Thursdays, I’m showing you some quick, easy, & fun foods or drinks you can incorporate into your diet! Today I’m Takin’ It to the Streets and watch who I found! I asked her to taste test my almond & blueberry cereal, and my signature sweet potatoes. Take a look:
Like I talked about Monday, there’s a SPLIT SECOND when you say to yourself, “I want to do that!” and then all the other voices in your head give you reasons NOT to. Well, I decided to go for a quick run up and down the stairs last night while I was doing my laundry, and spill to everyone how I ran into a glass door!
How do you feel about change? Often when we make a change & go out of our comfort zone, we GROW the most! Watch my quick video and then Step It Up, out of your comfort zone, and leave me a comment to let me know what YOU think about change!
My friend Jess, jewelry designer & creator of the beautiful blog Make Under My Life, asked me to write about my personal intentions in her weekly “Design Your Life” section. It gets pretty deep and personal, so get ready!
I’m starting a new tradition: We’ve got Motivational Mondays, and now we have Thirsty Thursdays! Check out my video from the kitchen below to see how I make my infamous & addicting sweet potato snacks.
I know when you’re driving you should ALWAYS focus on the road…but I was so inspired to film my dad’s healthy snacks on this car ride, that I just had to whip out my camera! These are GREAT snacks you can pack when you’re on the go and don’t have much time, but still want to eat healthy!
Today I guest posted on Melissa Nibbles’ blog about emotions, food, and feelings. I was inspired by her to create this post about my past with emotional eating & comfort food…I know we can ALL relate to this! So check it out at MelissaNibbles.com!
