“Household Workouts” On WSBT TV 2!

I stopped by WSBT to demonstrate some “Household Workouts” that you can do around your house to start integrating health & fitness into your daily life! Once we start viewing health and fitness as a lifestyle and move our bodies more throughout the day, we will be more apt to crave working out for longer periods of time. Like I talked about Monday, there’s a SPLIT SECOND when you say to yourself, “I want to do that!” and then all the other voices in your head give you reasons NOT to. Well, I decided to go for a quick run up and down the stairs last night while I was doing my laundry, and spill to everyone how I ran into a glass door!
