Replacing Pop (Soda) with…

Are you a huge pop drinker? (Or “soda” drinker for all you non-midwesterners!) By “huge” I don’t just mean people who drink 4 cans of coke per day. This can apply to you if you drink half a can a day. However much (or little) pop you drink, can you think of a healthier alternative for your body? The obvious choice is water, but let’s be honest – when you go from coke to water, water tastes VERY boring! How about weening off the pop, and starting to integrate more Gatorade, Vitamin Water, or 100% Fruit Juice into your liquid diet? Notice if your body feels differently when you replace the sugary, non-nutrient filled liquid with a more healthy and natural alternative.
