List of Worries
Do you ever go through an entire day, worried about something that’s going to happen tomorrow? Do you feel like your thoughts of worry are a constant part of your state of mind? Could you list at least one thing that you are worried about right now? If so, how about making a “list of worries” that literally lists any worry or worries that you have at the present moment. Once you’ve listed the worry, try to let it just remain on the list, rather than taking up precious space in your mind and time in your life.
