Deciding to Keep Exercising

Once you’re working out, it may be easy to keep going. Or, you might hate every minute of it and make rationalizations for cutting your workout short. If you ever try to convince yourself to stop working out or to work out for 20 minutes instead of 40, think about this: What else would you be doing with your time? Will you really miss the extra 20 minutes in your day? In a few hours, are you going to be more happy that you gained 20 extra minutes in your day, or that you worked out your body for 20 extra minutes?
