Allowing Exercise to Regulate Healthy Eating
Many dieters switch from diet to diet in attempts of finding the solution that will solve their weight issues. Often times these diets are only involving food and dieters may not include exercise. However, instead of first putting so much focus on the foods we eat, what if we first put the emphasis on exercising, on moving our body, on burning calories, and on strengthening our body? It’s a proven fact that most people feel better – both physically and mentally, and have a more positive view of themselves when they exercise. I believe that if we get the body moving, exercising, and feeling good, then we won’t crave as much the junk food, the sugar, and the fattening fast food. Through exercising, we will start to become more in touch with how our body feels and then when it comes time for a “diet”, we will be more apt to naturally fall into a healthy one.
